When I exit Outlook 2003, I keep getting an error of Microsoft Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience.
I've called for help on this to hp and they can't help me. Anyone had this
happen?
 
Try updating to Office 2003 SP1.
If that doesn't help then see if disabling add-ins helps.
