Constant error message: Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Every time I open Outlook 2003, I receive an error message and am not
able to access any part of the program. I've downloaded all updates
from the site for both Windows (XP) and Outlook. I've uninstalled and
reinstalled Outlook. I haven't made any changes to the system (such as
Add-ins, etc.).

Here's the error message and the data info.

Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Any ideas on what to do?
