Microsoft Outlook Error

Everytime I close Microsoft Outlook it gives me an error message...

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. Runtime Error!"

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the applications suport team for more information."
