Microsoft outlook 2002

I have used Outlook Express but when a prospective client asked about using
Outlook with Microsoft project I downloaded installed Outlook 2002. Ever
since installment I get the message at least twenty times that says the
following:

"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this. If this is unexpected it may be a virus and you
should choose no."

Any ideas of what this is and how to fix it?
