I have a conundrum that is driving me nuts.
I have some emails left in Outlook 2002 that I want to import into Outlook
Express 6.0. But no matter what I do, I cannot get the import to work. In
Outlook Express, I go to File-->Import-->Messages-->Microsoft Outlook. Then
it says I have to choose a profile. There is only one profile, called
"Outlook". But when I click OK, it pops up the error: "Messages cannot be
imported from the MAPI client. An error has occurred."
I've made sure that Outlook 2002 is the default email client. What else can
I do? How do I verify that the profile name is correct for Outlook 2002?
