MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2002 AND AOL A VERY BAD COMBINATION

Guest

I purchased a computer from DEll, subscribe to AOL, and
purchased Out Look 2002 from Microsoft. I have tried for
days to use Outlook 2002 for all my email needs. None of
the (3) companies I spent money with either can or will
tell me what I need to do to send, receive, edit, and track
all my activity with email. AOL's email calability is
limmited and I do not want to use it. If AOL and Outlook
will not work I will drop AOL as my ISP. Dell talks a
good game about support to get you to buy a computer. My
experience is that talk is all they do. Dude my next
computer will not be a Dell, if this is what their
support is about. As for MicroSoft they are real good at
putting mazes together with voice mail and websites and
service charges so they do not have to answer questions.
It would be a nice touch is someone would just answer
my questions.

AOL will work fine with Outlook 2002.
