Does this app still exist in XP. If not is there another

Mark,

I had a user at my work in the same situation. Office
Binder does not exist in Office XP.

But there is a way to get binder on you PC. The following

It never existed in any version of Windows, XP included. It only
exists if you own MS Office - which you must purchase separately.

If I remember correctly, support for Binder was dropped with Office 2000.
Seem to remember downloading a tool from the MS Office site to "unbind"
my records to individual files when using that version.

The "Binder" was a largely unused Office feature that was
discontinued some years ago. However, one can add Binder support when
performing a custom installation of Office XP Pro. For what sounds
like similar functionality to me, Microsoft has produced One Note, to
be used in conjunction with Office 2003.

At first thought it was Office 2000 that it dropped out but I believe
you're right that it was Office XP where it was "formally" removed.
