I have a few programs that were developed using ver 1.1.

I can install version 2.0 without aborting the install, and some of the
programs will function properly, but others will not.

Does anyone have a clue why version 1.1 will not install properly?

I got the same error. I need the MS.NET Framework 1.1 to install so I can
install Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise Architect. Same error happens if
I try to install the Framework from Windows Update, or the MSDN DVD.
