System Error: Event ID 6004

Periodically I get a LOT of these errors:
I can find NOTHING in the Knowledge base and not much help on the web by
google search.
Can SOMEONE please help me resolve this issue?
No new hardware or software was added, but this seemed to start happening
after a Microsoft update that downloaded and installed. PLEASE help me
resolve it, THANKS!!

I assume you have an old version of McAfee installed. According to my
research the problem dates from 2004/05. You can read all about in these
