Microsoft Management Console

I cannot go to certain web sites "Dogoftheday.com" and
I cannot Defrag my system it says I have a problem in my
MMC. The Web site, my wife visits everyday and she
thought that it may have been the website was down but
she called some friends and they were not having any
problems
 
Have you tried going into the Console to see if there is
any garbage in there?

Do Start/Run and enter mmc in the box and press OK.

When the Console screen comes up if you see trash in
there delete it.

If you have created more than one Console (i.e Console1,
Console2) you will have to check each one for evil stuff.

Be sure to save the cleaned up Console.
