Microsoft Internet explorer script error

This script error window message pop-up every time I open
a web page. I can do nothing until I respond to it
eigther by answering yes or no to the request to run the
script. the error says;

Open IE, click on tools, internet options, then advanced tab and unchek box: Display notification about any error. Tha tis only for webmasters to see if they have any errors in script. Most pages you can run wiht error and there are lot of them

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.
