I continually get this error message:
Internet Explorer Script Error
an error occured in the script on this page
Line: 11
Char: 1
Error: object expected
Code: 0
url: file://c\windows\temp\NDrE2D1.tmp.html (NDr number changes)

Also, periodically my keyboard and mouse lock up and I must power reboot.

Hi Robert,

Disable 'Display a notification about every script error' on the Advanced
tab of Internet Options.

The mouse freezing up (actually its probably IE that is freezing) indicates
that you may have malware installed on your PC. See previous posts for info
on removing malware.

Regards

Help, I went to that applet and the box was already unchecked. Mostly, the
"script error" message appears when I use "Windows Media Player" or the
"Winamp Shockwave Radio". It's worse on the Winamp. I was wondering if it had
something to do with their latest download. I would love to get rid of this
annoying and obtrusive screen message. I also tried "Registry Mechanic"
hoping that would solve the problem. Nyet. I reloaded Winamp. Nada.
