IE script error printing HTML email in Outlook

I am getting an error message when trying to print HTML email in Outlook
XP

Internet Explorer Script Error
An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 2021
Char: 1
Error: Unspecified error
Code: 0
URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg

I have deleted temp files.
I have checked to disable debugging.
I have unchecked to display a message about every script error.

I would appreciate help with a solution.
