"Microsoft Fix it" deleted my profile!

My outlook locked up and would not open. I tried a few options, then was
reading an article and it had a fix it option... it did not tell me it would
make all my emails and contacts disappear!!! It deleted the profile, got
Outlook to open, but it is all blank! Anything I can do to get it back???
Please help!!

What is your Outlook version?
What is the KB article number?

Have you tried looking for your PST file(s)?

go to control panel, mail - how many profiles are listed?
did you look for the old pst file?

Deleting the mail profile will delete your current configuration of Outlook
but does not delete any mail, contacts, calendar items, etc...
To reconnect your original data use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
