Assuming you have retail version of XP and not a custom CD supplied by your
PC manufacturer, go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, click
Add/Remove Windows Components, place a check next to Fax Services, click
next and follow the screens.
If you don't see the this listed in Add/Remove Programs under Windows
Components, you likely have a custom CD and this option wasn't included. I
can only suggest you contact the vendor (your PC manufacturer) or check the
software that came with your fax modem as it may included such software.
