Microsoft Document and Imaging

Hi,

I currently have a problem where I can't open a fax I have received in
Outlook 2003 Sp3 - it is in .tiff format and when I open it opens in
Microsoft Document and Imagaing It has always opened in this, but for a while
now (since sp3 upgrade) there has been an issue where it is consistently
crashing and having to restart the application!

The error log is here;

Faulting application mspview.exe, version 11.0.8166.2, stamp 4616c203,
faulting module mspview.exe, version 11.0.8166.2, stamp 4616c203, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00016537.

If anyone can help with this it would be much appreciated.

Is it Microsoft Office Document Imaging File? If it is, you need a Microsoft
Office install CD to uninstall and reinstall. In setup choose the Add or
Remove Features option. On the Custom Setup box, click to check "Choose
advanced customization of applications > Next button. On the Advanced
customization box, browse down and click on the + sign of Office Tools.
Browse down again and click on Microsot Office Document Imaging. Click on the
small drop down arrow and click the red "X Not Available" (to uninstall).
Click on the Update button bellow (wait it will uninstall). To reinstall,
repeat the procedures but this time choose "Run all from My Computer at the
drop down.
