RE; my word and excel crashes

I asked for and recieved some tips yesterday, but unfortuately they did not
work. This is the text part of the message;
"Faulting applicationwinword.exe, version 11.0.8106.0, stamp 44f8a192,
faulting module hpzntp07.dll, version 2.140.0.0, stamp 3d6f0f10, debug?
0, fault address 0x00026403"
If anyone can help me out here I would appreciate it. I realize it is
referring to an HP printer driver- but how can that cause excell & word to
crash? Thanks CW
