Excel 2003/2007 Crash when opening/closing files

Hi

I have a problem on a certain users's computer where whenever they
double click to open an excel file, excel opens but throws up an error
message immediately. In the case of 2007, it then sends the error
report and re-opens excel.

We're also getting an error when closing excel. The same crash/error
report/reopen happens.

Here's the error logs from the users computer... anyone have any ideas
why this might be happening?

Faulting application excel.exe,
version 12.0.6024.5000,
stamp 465f21c3,
faulting module kernel32.dll,
version 5.1.2600.3119,
stamp 46239bd5, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00012a5b.

Faulting application excel.exe,
version 11.0.8169.0,
stamp 465f27bd,
faulting module kernel32.dll,
version 5.1.2600.3119,
stamp 46239bd5, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00012a5b.

Thanks a lot for your help.
