Microsoft AntiSpyware won't run on other accounts

I've had Microsoft AntiSpyware for a few days now and it
works fine on my account,but on other accounts the
following error messages keep coming up 'UNEXPECTED
ERROR;QUITTING'&'CRITCAL ERROR,ERROR 104'.I've tried to
reinstall but more errors keep coming up 'ERROR
1904.MODULE
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\GCCOLLECTION.DILL FAILED TO
REGISTER,HRESUIT-2147220473.CONTACT YOUR SUPPORT
PERSONNEL'and 9 more similar error messages come up,
reinstalling it works fine on my account(i'm more than
happy with it)but error messages keep coming up on the
other 2 accounts whatever I try,any suggestions?

Only supports the original admin account that installed
the app.

Also doesn't support limited-user accounts. Should have
some support when Beta2 comes out.
