I must have missed that. "Older folks" have trouble seeing black
monitors too?

My home-built computer is black (love the case: Cooler Master), my
monitor is black... as long as my screen ain't black, I'm one happy
ol' mofo.

I'm talking about local retail computer stores . I don't buy anything
online  , just don't trust it . But its funny no one can answer as to
why couldn't Microsoft or Logitech have a few white monitors ? Staples
doesn't have any . I was there today .

Logitech and Microsoft, has never made monitors (in North America so
far.)

The colours are determined buy the volume of sales for the porducts.
Monitors are currently made is three casing colours: Beige, Silver
and Black. As with the sales of home electronics, the general
population tend to buy these in Black.

That right . Has Microsoft or Logitech every thought about when they
create things ? Things like Keyboards . As a older person nowadays it
seem all the damn keyboards are black or dark . The effect that does
on a older person like myself makes it very difficult to use a
computer . Why could they at least have one or 2 models white . I mean
just a normal type keyboard , nothing to fancy , just your basic
normal keyboard . Come on Microsoft care for a change . Stop worrying
about your greedy stockholders for a second and start using your
head ...

Does your hand fit a can of spray paint?

I'm 77, buy online, and use a Microsoft black keyboard purchased at
Staples. I can't help you...

My MS mouse, Princeton monitor, HP printer, and HP computer are all
gray, though.
