That right . Has Microsoft or Logitech every thought about when they
create things ? Things like Keyboards . As a older person nowadays it
seem all the damn keyboards are black or dark . The effect that does
on a older person like myself makes it very difficult to use a
computer . Why could they at least have one or 2 models white . I mean
just a normal type keyboard , nothing to fancy , just your basic
normal keyboard . Come on Microsoft care for a change . Stop worrying
about your greedy stockholders for a second and start using your
head ...
Who said you had to purchase a Microsoft or Logitech hardware device in the
first place? If you believe those are your only choices - you need to
expand your horizons a bit:
Search using Google!

(How-to:

I recently got one of these for my grandmother with cataracts:
http://www.visikey.net/products.html
She loves it. The white letters on the black keys makes it easier for her
to use - especially since they are large print.
I have seen your other responses - who cares what is *in your city*? I'm
not in your city. This newsgroup is not *just* in your city - if the server
you post to is - I would be surprised. You can order things and have them
delivered. Sometimes - you can order things online at a store that *is* in
your city and pick them up at the store that is in your city.
I think you are just complaining to complain.
By the way - what is a 'normal type keyboard'? Not everyone has the same
definition. I met one lady who used only the keyboards that split in half
and had indentions so your hands fit 'into' the keyboard. For her - that
was normal. For many people - the DVORAK layout is normal. For many
others, QWERTY. For others, black or silver is normal. For others - the
older style Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard is normal ( still for sale:

The point being - just because you want something specific doesn't mean
every company out there has to bend to your individual whim. As I said - my
grandmother has trouble seeing and after trying many other keyboards - the
VisiKey one worked out great. Black keyboard, large white lettering. She
said herself that the white/beige keyboards with black lettering was harder
to read for her. Normal for you might suck for someone else.
