Mic Properties

When I go to the advance properties of my microphone there are Bass and
Treble bars for changing the input, but they are disabled. Can I enable
them or is this a hardware thing?

Hi,

They are disabled because either you don't have the right driver set
installed, or the sound card does not support changing them (very common
with onboard sound system).

It's a hardware thing. Your sound card ware has to support those
options.
