When trying to install a printer on my network I keep getting the message that the ScanServer MFC Application has stoped working. How and what can I do to get over this problem. I an running Vista Premium Home Edition. I am trying to install an Epson stylus Colour R360 printer through a PS121 Netgear mini print sever.

Does this happen when you connect the printer directly to the PC? Also, are you using the latest Vista drivers from the net, or the ones that came on CD?

No. I connected to the new printer ok by direct usb. I update automatically all drivers.

It must be specific to the netgear print server, so it may be worth checking out the netgear support forums as I'm not sure what would cause this:

Hope that helps :)
