Message "Server Timed Out"

When I try to open a web in FrontPage design this message appears. I can access the web pages through the open page option and sometimes when I go to save, prior to viewing in the browser, this same message appears. This message also appears when I try to publish, so I am unable to do so, as it cancels the publish activity. Other webs that I am working with do not have this problem, it just seems to be triggered by the one web site folder.

Contact your ISP / WPP an have them run a check on the server extensions.
