Copying the appointments from one calendar to the other is one way.

Thank you for the response. How do you copy several appointments at one
time, without duplicating?

Our county is using the Outlook 2003 with the exchange server.

I have a vice principal in my county that would like to take events from her
Principal's calendar and make them part of her calendar and vis-versa. They
have their rights set up for permission to access each other's calendars.

I am VERY interested to learn more about your suggestions. Your time and
