How do I add events to multiple calenders with one entry?

I have a company calendar, a personal calendar and a department calendar. Is
there a way to enter an event on my personal calendar and have it show on the
other two calendars w/out going to each calendar seperately?

If the other two calendars have email addresses (either in a mail-enabled
public folder or are the default calendar in a mailbox) you could create the
appointment as a meeting request and invite them, but that is the only way.
