Merging Multiple Calendars

I upgraded to Office 2007 and now I have 3 calendars: 1) Calendar; 2)
Calendar (1); and 3) Celendar in Old Personal Files. Can I merge them? How?

Set the two folders you don't want to keep to use the By category view and
select all the appointments and drag or use Edit, move to folder... to move
them to the calendar that is your default calendar.

I'm sorry but I'm having trouble understanding your reply. Does it mean I
have to drag and drop each appointment one at a time to consolidate calendars?

Nope. Choose a table view - By Category works good. Select 1 appointment,
Ctrl+A to select all, then either drag or use the Edit menu, Move to folder
command to move all the selected items.
