Merge 2 Calendars in Outlook

I have 2 calendars in my outlook 2007 application. One on the exchange
mailbox server (mailboxOutlook) and the other one on the local machine
(PSTCalendar)

My blackberry is set to synchronise with the pst calendar.

Is there a way to:
(1) Merge the 2 Calendars into one so that I will only need to manage and
maintain only one calendar?

(2) Reset my Blackberry to synchronise with the mailboxCalendar

Please help me out.

Change your delivery location to the Exchange mailbox, then copy (or move) the
contents of the PST calendar to the Exchange calendar.

Are you using Desktop manager? It supports multiple calendars.
