Outlook 2003 - printing multiple calendars overlay

C

Cobaum

I just (yesterday) got turned on to using multiple calendars to separate
projects. One thing I cannot figure out is how to print a calendar that
merges the two open calendars. I want to be able to print a monthly calendar
for meetings so that I can show how two projects fit together or conflict
with each other. Can it be done?

BTW - My Iphone allows me to view any one calendar, or merge all the
calendars. Any whay to merge just one or two on the Iphone?

Thanks.

Outlook can't overlay calendars when printing but one of the tools at
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp might.

For help with iphone issues, you'll need to check with the apple forums.

I saw your response to another user regarding overlaying calendars in Outlook
2007. Does Outlook 2003 not allow overlay? (I am referring to a view mode
now, and not print mode).

No. Overlays are new to 2007.
