merging OLE dbx files with OL2003

I bought a computer that had a 90 day trial version of MS Office 2003
Teacher's and Students edition. I use the Outlook program for 90 days and
then it shut down. So I started using the Outlook Express that came with the
computer. But now I bought the full edition of MS Office 2003 Teacher's and
Students edition and installed that but now when I open my emails it doesn't
show all the folders that I saved my emails in from friends, etc. I did a
search and I can find the .dbx folders via Windows Explorer in
C:\WINDOWS\Application
Data\Identities\{4129BFBB-24A9-433D}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
but I don't know how to merge them so they will be seen in my new Outlook
2003?
Please help!!!
Also, when I opened my contacts, it had triplicate entries of all my contacts?

Open Outlook Express and use the File menu > Export command to export
the messages from Outlook Express into Outlook 2003.
