how to import a .dbx file to office outlook 2003

I had to reload XP, so saved my emails from Outlook Express, as a .dbx file.
Now that I have reloaded XP and started using Office Outlook 2003, I want to
import the .dbx file to view my old emails.

You will need to import the dbx file into Outlook Express first. As you
(presumably) only have the one dbx file, do this.
In OE create a folder with exactly the same name as the one you have saved.
Close OE. Copy the saved dbx file into your message store. (If you don't
know where that is, in OE go to Tools-Options-Maintenance and click on the
"Store Folder" button). When asked "do you want to replace the file" say
"yes". Re-open OE and your folder should be there with all the massages.
Then still in OE, go to File-Export.
