synchronize dbx files

I have a problem with Outlook Express.
On my local hard drive I have a lot of dbx folders. On my external USB hard
drive, I made a copy of all the dbx folders. Something happend in Outlook
Express and now I have only emails of the last three days. Is it possible to
synchronize the dbx folders so I have the complete version of my emails?

For example
Folder A (dbx folder on miy local hard drive) witch contains 4 emails.
Folder A (dbx folder on my external USB hard drive) witch contains 10 emails.
I need a program that synchronize the two folders (and lot of other
folders), so I get a Folder A witch contains 14 emails.

Can somebody please help me!!
