Menu bar placement

Help. I set up a site using "Romanesque" as the theme. Everything was working
fine when, all of the sudden, my link bar went from being on the left side of
the active page to being included in with the header. How do I get the menu
bar back on the left of the screen, next to the content from the page?
 
Check your shared border settings (Format Shared Borders)
