Position and font on left link bar question

Hi, In FP03 how can I change font and position in my left link bar? I went to
help and got to the format-theme-customize-text but I get lost on "item" .
Nothing I see in the item bar resembles the left link bar. I want to change
the font and left justify my page links. Can someone help me?

ohhhh you were so close!....oddly enough it's under Graphics not Text where
you do this. Remember to Save As a new theme, un-apply your old theme then
re-apply the newly named one.

ty Rob, so close but I was afraid of the dreaded 'time bomb' if I chose and
applied something I wasn't sure of. You probably don't know what the 'time
bomb' is 'cuz you're and experienced MS user. The time bomb is the hour
glass that when it doesn't disappear in a few seconds you curl up in a fetal
position in the corner and watch the screen from afar hoping that the screen
doesn't change too much when it finishes ;-).
