MENU BAR HAS DISAPPEARED

My menu bar has disappeared from My Computer, My
Documents, etc - how can I ger it back?
(I can't drag it into view and F10 only puts a status
message on screen).

Menu bar contains rather important functions such as file
and view menus so obviously not having it is extremely
inconvenient!

Click View / Toolbars, then select your desired option.

No, that's the whole problem - I can't click on VIEW
because the menu bar which contains the view functions has
disappeared!

How about pressing Alt+V on the keyboard?

No, that's the whole problem - I can't click on VIEW
because the menu bar which contains the view functions has
disappeared!
