MENU BAR HAS DISAPPEARED

My menu bar has disappeared from My Computer, My
Documents, etc - how can I ger it back?
(I can't drag it into view and F10 only puts a status
message on screen).

Ctrl-Esc should bring up you Start Menu. Then right click and select
properties
