Memory Stick Slow-Down PC?

If not taking off Memory-stick each time I save photoes and programs,
loading Internet and programs/off-sites getting slow-down?

Having a memory stick connected should not affect network functions at
all. The cause of your slowdown must be something else.

Accessing the memory stick, if that's what you're doing, is MUCH slower than
saving or retrieving from a hard drive.
