memorized names

In the TO box when I type someone's name (email), the Auto
Complete brings up a Several names that are the same first
name. Names are of two different people. How to you stop
the auto complete from bringing up the other names
(emails). I use one name to send email all the time, but
auto complete brings up another name first. I never use
the other name and it is always first choice (on top). I
tried deleting the other name out of outlook completely
but it still comes up. How do you get the memorized name
(email) you do not want out of Outlook?

Select it using the arrow keys when it comes up and press Delete.
