Meeting Update to New Attendees Only

Is there a way to update a meeting, by adding or deleting an attendee and
only have the message go to that attendee - not the entire group?

That should come up as an option when you go to save the meeting change. What
version of Outlook are you using?

Using Exchange? I have an Outlook 2000 install on a machine here and checked
it. I have the choice using the Send Update button when I open an existing
calendar item but also Outlook will prompt me when I click on the save and
close button.
