Updating Attendees to Meetings

When you add / delete a meeting attendee how do you send the update to the
attendees added or deleted only? I do not receive an update to "send to the
added / deleted attendees only.
 
I'm having the same problem. I'm using Outlook 2003 (part of Office
Professional Edition) and I am the meeting organizer.
