Meeting Requests and My Calendar Appointments Being Seen

Hello.

We have seen a situation here wherein when inviting people to a meeting and
checking the schedule of those people, we are able to view their actual
appointments, not just if they are busy/out of office/or tentative busy.

What would cause this and how can we make sure that OTHER people scheduling
meetings that we are invited to CANNOT see the actual calendar of the
attendees? (We have one person that has a very confidentia and sensative
calendar and he has now become extremely concerned that others can see his
appointments this way).

Your Outlook version is always in play so please post that up front.

Having said that, under Tools->options->calendar options->planner options
and ensure none of the check boxes are checked.

question without my version . . . apologies. (Outlook 2003, by the way)

I will check the settings you mention. Sounds like a good place to start.
