Meeting organizer identification

Here is the situation -

We schedule appointments to a shared calendar for our
conference rooms. When we schedule appointments we can see
if there is an appointment busy or tentative. We can also
see the subject of the appointment.

So, is there a way to see who the meeting organizer is?

Thanks for the reply, but I don't see how this can be
done. Could you please offer some more information on how
to do this?
