Media Player

I can's seem to find a Windows Media Player newsgroup. If anyone knows of
one, please post it here.

None of my mid files play. Media Player in File Types has mid checked. Quick
Time and Real Player don't have anything for mid. Thus when I go to web
sites that have background mid files, they don't play either.

I have unchecked and again checked mid files in Windows Media Player
thinking that might help to toggle it off and back on but it didn't.

Any advice?
