Media Player 9 Question.

I have a customer with Media Player 9 installed.
Everything about it works fine, except for the Radio
Tuner. Each time he clicks on that option, it attempts to
connect then gets a "This page cannot be displayed"
message. However, if another user logs on using their
profile, the Radio Tuner does work. I've checked the
proxy settings and all are identical. I've also recreated
the users profile on several occations and the Radio
Station still refuses to work. Does anyone have some
other suggestions for me?

Does the player's Media Guide work for him?
How about the player's Tools:Options:Network tab?
