Media Launch

[I Tough]

I'm having a problem with WMP automatically launching.
When I double click my media files WMP9 will not launch,
no error message or anything, just nothing. The program
is working fine, and launches from all the shortcuts and
the origional .exe It even launches if I right click
media files and go to open with/media player. My autoplay
function is working ok, & All my other files still
launch programs i.e. .doc launches word ok.

Try this:-
when you right click the file, go to, "open with"
then click windows media player, then tick the box:
always use this programme for this type of file.
I hope this solves your problem
