media glitches

Why can I only recieve sound from my Windows Media Player and not my others
( Roxio Audio Central or Quintessential )??
I also only get clicking sounds when sound is happining while on the
net....I know it is not those other players....a finger problem I suspect.

It's possible those other players are not compatible with the files you are
trying to hear on the net or, if this is streaming audio, perhaps they can't
play streaming audio. Do you have any problem opening audio files on your
hard drive with either of those players? I didn't find anything in the
Roxio manual to indicate Audio Central played streaming media. It appears
to be designed for files on your hard drive, CDs and DVDs.
