media disconnect

upgraded firmware in my Net Gear MR 814 wireless router.
Now my MA 101 wirless device on my desktop will not work.
if I run IPCONFIG it shows the 101 as MEDIA DISCONNECTED
STATE. Anyone know how to correct this, so the 101 will
be contected.
