Have you actually tried it in WMP 11? Normally, stated version requirements
mean that is the minimum, not the only, version that will work. It may
simply be that a particular codec is required, regardless of what version is
used.
check mp3 player website for program updates, or call and email them
DEMANDING that this be fixed, sugguesting a refund from place of
purchase.
But rick is right it should just be the minimum req.
