Measuring response time on emails

Does anyone know of a way to measure or track how long it takes to get a
reply to an email, ie. time between email sent and reply on same subject
received?
 
You coudl use the Journal to track email to and from specific Contacts and
then work it out from there. Look in Tools, Options Preferences tab Journal
Options button.
