Calculating Response Rates in Outlook

J

When I reply to an email, I would like to see the response time calculated
and/or stored between when the email was received and when a response was
sent. In other words, a control mechanism for ensuring that an email is
responded to within a certain time-frame.

you could probably do a custom field that calculates it from the received
time, replied/forwarded time fields. See
http://www.slipstick.com/exs/customfields.htm for the replied time.
